Role Overview:
This is a brand new position for our firm, and we are searching for someone with prior experience in a marketing role at a recruitment or staffing firm.
The Marketing Manager will play a critical role in developing and executing marketing strategies designed to drive lead generation and business growth. This position focuses on creating effective marketing campaigns that convert prospects into clients, rather than traditional branding or aesthetic-focused marketing. Reporting to senior leadership, the Marketing Manager will leverage their expertise to guide our marketing strategy and drive measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Business Development:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns focused on generating new business leads and relationships.
- Identify and target potential clients and partners through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create aligned campaigns that drive conversion and revenue growth.
Strategy & Execution:
- Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with Inventure’s vision and business goals.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing tactics and improve lead generation effectiveness.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials and content tailored to engage and convert potential clients.
Market Analysis & Research:
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze campaign performance and market data to optimize strategies and achieve target KPIs.
- Provide regular reports and updates on marketing performance and lead generation metrics.
Collaboration & Leadership:
- Work closely with senior leadership to align marketing strategies with company goals and objectives.
- Lead and manage any marketing team members or external agencies as required.
- Provide expert guidance on marketing best practices and strategies to ensure successful execution.
Autonomous Execution:
- Operate with minimal mentoring, leveraging your expertise to drive the marketing function independently.
- Take initiative in proposing and implementing new marketing ideas and approaches that align with business objectives.
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience at a recruitment firm in a marketing position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced certifications or training in marketing is a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role within the recruiting or staffing industry, with a proven track record in lead generation and business development.
- Demonstrated success in creating and executing marketing strategies that drive new business and revenue growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems, email marketing software, and digital advertising.
