Ideal Profile
They need a unique leader who can elevate their revenue. This would be a target growth rate of 10% in units sales increase & price point annually as a minimum. Other revenue streams including used sales, consignment sales & warranty would also be included in the annual targets with growth YOY. The role would cover all aspects of revenue from marketing lead generation via a strategic multi-channel plan through to robust & disciplined sales process utilizing CRM systems. All aspects of the sales funnel would be included in this role. The CMO would be responsible for all new unit sales, warranty income, used vehicle sales & consignment. A visible KPI report would be essential covering all aspects of the process with a strong focus on conversion. In summary the CMO is responsible for managing all aspects of the revenue stream in the organization with the aim being to meet or exceed the budget annually.

Objectives of the role
- Deliver annual unit & revenue targets to budget or above.
- Provide a multi-channel marketing strategy with a marketing budget of 2% of unit revenue.
- A quality not quantity marketing & lead strategy with conversion being the core KPI
- Highly visible sales & marketing KPI reporting for board, c suite & all users
- Recruit, develop & retain a world class sales & marketing team
- Develop a luxury immersive highly engaging sales process to aid lead conversion using CRM systems
- Integrating sales and marketing, as well as any other process that maximizes the returns on marketing investment.

Required skills and qualifications.
- 5 years minimum proven work experience as a Chief Marketing Officer or similar role
- Proven track record of growing revenue through new product development, marketing, branding and partnerships
- Proven experience developing and executing business strategy
- Significant general management and P&L experience
- Ability to craft and execute a business strategy
- Strong technical experience with Salesforce/HubSpot and other business productivity tools
- Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or related field
- Being results-oriented, especially in the long-term.
- Being acutely tuned in to the market.
- Having strong leadership skills and communication skills.
- Being data-driven.
- Ability to present at C suite, Board & Investor level.
