Shift: 11:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m.
Contract Duration: 9 weeks
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care to patients during the night shift. The LPN will be responsible for delivering patient care, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with various medical procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and monitor patient health status during the night shift.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Record and report patient observations, changes in condition, and responses to treatments.
- Assist with patient activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, mobility, and feeding.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention.
- Ensure that patient records and documentation are accurate and up-to-date.
- Respond promptly to patient needs and provide comfort and reassurance.
