Position: Nurse Practitioner for Nutritional IV Department

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to lead our Nutritional IV Department. In this role, you will be responsible for administering and overseeing intravenous (IV) nutritional therapies, ensuring the highest quality of care for our patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage IV nutritional therapies
- Manage inventory
- Assess and evaluate patient needs, creating personalized care plans
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care
- Educate patients on the benefits of IV therapy and holistic wellness
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license with autonomous/independent status
- Training in Functional Medicine and/or Integrative Medicine is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Experience with IV therapy is a plus
