What You'll Do:

- Continuous Evaluation: Regularly assess the effectiveness of care and adjust plans as necessary to achieve optimal patient outcomes
We're Looking For:
- Education: Nurses with an AD, Diploma, or BSN (BSN required within 5 years of hire if after January 2010). MSN or DNP a plus
- Experience: Open to new graduates, with specialized knowledge or skills in providing culturally specific patient care
- Licensure: Current Ohio RN licensure, BLS, and ACLS (within 6 months of hire in specific units)
