Position: RN - Labor and Delivery
Location: Morristown, NJ
Shift: Days and Night (3*12)
Duration: 13 Weeks with extension
Start Date: ASAP
Qualifications:
- Education and Licensure:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required
- Current NJ RN License required
- Certifications:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification required
- Experience and Skills:
- Must be able to provide comprehensive care for patients in all aspects of Labor and Delivery, Antepartum, Couplet, and Newborn care
- Ability to circulate during a C-section is required
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, compassionate care to patients in Labor and Delivery, Antepartum, Couplet, and Newborn care settings
- Assist in and circulate during C-section procedures
- Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and guidelines
- Collaborate effectively with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing care
