The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing high-quality patient care in a Level II Trauma Center and will be responsible for performing a range of medical procedures. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong nursing background, and a commitment to delivering patient-centered care.
**Responsibilities:** - Provide direct patient care in a Level II Trauma Center, utilizing skills in catheter care, spinal tap, and vital sign collection. - Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. - Administer medication and treatments as prescribed by physicians. - Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry advancements. - Collaborate with medical staff and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care. - Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families. - Perform ostomy care and specimen collection and processing duties as needed. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care. - Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and procedures.
**Experience:** - Current Registered Nurse (RN) license. - Experience working in a Level II Trauma Center or similar setting. - Prior experience in nursing home care or other long-term care facilities. - Strong background in patient assessment and medical procedures. - Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: Up to $3,091.00 per week
