Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist to join our team. This contract role involves designing and managing email campaigns using major email platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong HTML design skills and experience with MailChimp. Familiarity with Salesforce and SQL, as well as a background in healthcare (for HIPAA compliance), is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and layout email campaigns using HTML in MailChimp (experience with other platforms, such as Salesforce, is a plus).
- Develop and implement email marketing strategies to engage target audiences.
- Ensure all email communications adhere to HIPAA compliance if applicable.
- Utilize SQL to analyze and report on email campaign performance.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align email campaigns with overall marketing goals.
- Attend occasional in-office meetings (approximately once a month).
Required Experience:
- Proven experience with email platforms, preferably MailChimp.
- Strong HTML design skills for creating email layouts.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Familiarity with SQL is advantageous.
- Ability to work mostly remotely with occasional in-office meetings.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in healthcare and understanding of HIPAA compliance.
- Experience with SQL for data analysis and reporting.
- Master’s degree in Business, IT, or Marketing
- Advanced knowledge in the utilization of email and marketing cloud platforms
- Hold certifications in a CRM platform
