Job Description
Position: Marketing EventCoordinator
Location: Sunnyvale, CA
Experience: 0-2 years
Duties/Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize field marketing programs, including brick-and-mortar events such as trade shows, meet-ups, and executive meets, as well as webinars and digital marketing programs. Lead cross-functional team, including business development and sales, to manage event presence and execution
- Set up and tear down booth and drive traffic to the booth by actively engaging and networking with prospects
- Diligently monitor and report on event performance and document what worked as well as areas for improvement to ensure robust follow-up with leads
- Provide ad hoc support for various other marketing activities, depending on interest and skills
Education and Experience
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in event marketing coordination and execution in the tech industry Track record of diligent, best-practice execution and optimization of programs
- Diploma from an accredited college/university
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Experience with B2B SaaS companies in the contact center/customer experience/knowledge management space is a plus.
- 20% travel will be required

Compensation
- The base salary range is $60,000 to $90,000. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
- Performance-based bonuses are tied to individual and company performance.
