We are currently seeking an experienced, full-time Creative Lead with branding expertise to join our clients innovative agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging concepts and strategies that enhance our clients' brand value. With a focus on brand development, you will play an integral role in taking our clients' branding to the next level.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead the creative team to develop high-impact strategies that align with client goals.
- Create compelling brand stories and concepts that engage target audiences and drive business results.
- Collaborate with various departments and clients to execute the creative vision effectively.
- Present creative plans and concepts to both internal stakeholders and clients.
- Keep informed on latest marketing trends and apply this knowledge to all creative strategies.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Design, Advertising or related field.
- Prior work experience as a Creative Director, with a strong focus on branding.
- Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objectives.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
- Excellent knowledge of industry software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
