Group Account Director – Account Service
Branigan Inc., an integrated communications company in Milwaukee, is looking for a Group Account Director to support its Account Service Team.

As a group account director in this role, you have a passion for communications and are seeking a collaborative, creative and positive work environment. You love to be challenged and to learn about new industries and clients. You stay organized and focus on the details, but you are also motivated by inspired thinking and brainstorming with broader teams.
Group Account Director responsibilities:
- Provide strategic counsel to clients across all areas of the business
- Serve as main point-of-contact between Branigan and its clients to effectively drive strategy, integration and results on assigned group of accounts
- Provide day-to-day supervision on accounts and review of client work internally
- Manage the client relationship and deliver on projects by addressing any challenges, problem-solving, and anticipating client needs
- Ability to manage and drive multiple projects to meet deadlines and exceed client expectations
- Drive organic growth on assigned accounts
- Assist and/or lead new business opportunities as assigned
Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in account service (ideally in an agency environment)
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field
- Willingness to work in a dynamic, nimble, team-oriented environment
- Ability to work with multiple clients simultaneously and balance deadlines
- Excellent organizational skills
- Background check is required
