FAMILY MEDICINE/URGENT CARE NP or PA
- Start date upon credentialing (~60-90 days) – 3 months minimum with options to extend
- Monday- Friday, 1p-9:30p.
- Types of cases/patients: Although standard family medicine, all ages-- will need urgent care experience. Primarily teens to adults. Same day access needs. Patients are scheduled, shouldn’t have a lot of walk-ins.
- PPD/Census: Estimated 24 Patients per day once ramped; (12 Patients per 4 hour block). Will work in basket work as well (Emails, Follow-ups, etc.).
- EMR: Health Connect (Epic)
**This is a W2 contract position that has employee benefits available (Medical, 401k, paid sick leave)
