West Bay is looking for a self-motivated individual to tackle a variety of business functions for an established construction company. The work will vary as you would be expected to share the responsibilities in several key departments in the company. Your primary contact would be the Corporate Secretary. Here you would be assisting with the company financial duties including union employee payroll and benefits, government EEO and AA reporting and accounts payable. You would also be expected to provide support to the company estimating and project management team developing request for proposals and EXCEL spread sheets. Office assistance such as receiving visitors and phone messaging would round out the responsibilities.
