Digital Marketing Manager

You are passionate about all things luxury and female focused, and would love to take on the challenge of building a marketing & sales department inside of a fast growing Medical Aesthetics and Functional medicine practice.
Key KPI’s:
- New location launch - 50% booked at location opening and 75% booked by 3rd month after opening
- Membership Cross Sell- 4x average visits per year per member maintained across care plan.
- New Client Acquisition - 30 new patient visits per month per location
Who we are: We are a Physician led, women owned, multiple location Medical Aesthetics and Functional medicine practice. We currently operate 3 metro Denver locations, with 2 additional locations opening Q4. We plan on growing regionally in the next 5 years.
Position Requirements:
3+ years of marketing experience, including but not limited to, digital marketing manager, brand manager, marketing coordinator, marketing director or similar BA/BS/MBA in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
Responsibilities:
- Heavy focus on digital marketing initiatives to support local business launch
- Knowledge and ability to direct and manage local SEO efforts
- Driving new client acquisition, membership retention for existing locations
- Supporting the Leadership team in establishing, evaluating and executing a marketing strategy and budget
- Executing marketing campaigns including the coordination of organic social media and paid digital
- Deep understanding of G4, Google Search Console, SEM, and others
- Managing external agencies and resources to accomplish marketing goals
- Finding remote and temporary resources as needed to complete marketing initiatives
- Maintaining and developing supporting marketing material and keeping the website updated
- Internal weekly communication with staff re: promotions and results
- Planning and executing Email, Phone and SMS campaigns. Knowledge of Active Campaign a plus.
- AND MOST IMPORTANTLY: ready and able to build and manage a hybrid marketing team
Position Requirements:
3+ years of marketing experience, including but not limited to digital marketing manager, brand manager, marketing director or similar BA/BS/MBA in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field .
Compensation and Benefits:
$85,000-$100,000 Per year
