Pegasus is considering Director of Marketing candidates with 7+ years of relevant experience to drive the firm’s strategic marketing initiatives forward. This role requires a dynamic leader who can elevate the firm’s brand on a global scale, create content that aligns with its vision, and manage a team responsible for both corporate and property-specific marketing efforts. Essential Responsibilities
Brand Strategy
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that enhances the company's brand awareness, positioning Pegasus as the preeminent commercial real estate advisory firm.
- Lead initiatives to broadcast and reinforce the corporate identity and value proposition across all marketing channels.
Content Development and Vision Alignment
- Translate the firm’s vision and growth goals into compelling content across various platforms, including digital, print, social media, and live events.
- Orchestrate the creation of high-quality marketing materials, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and branding.
Team Leadership and Development
- Manage, mentor, and inspire the marketing team, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation, continuous improvement, and professional growth.
Property-Specific Marketing
- Implement streamlined processes for the development and execution of marketing strategies for individual properties, ensuring cohesion with the overall brand and marketing objectives.
- Work closely with internal deal teams to tailor marketing efforts to the specific needs of each property and client.
Digital and Traditional Marketing Intelligence
- Introduce systems to track the performance of both digital and traditional marketing strategies to accurately measure success.
- Utilize analytics and data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns and improve the Return on Investment (ROI).
Dynamic Collaboration
- Collaborate with executive leadership, services teams, and platform support, to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Act as the primary liaison with external marketing vendors and partners to ensure consistent delivery of the highest quality marketing output.
Budget Management
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring an appropriate allocation of resources to maximize positive impact.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations.
Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of constructing and executing successful marketing strategies for a professional services firm.
- Deep understanding of brand management, content creation, and digital marketing.
- Experience managing and leading marketing teams, with a focus on developing talent and delivering results.
- Commercial real estate industry knowledge, required.
