Job Description
The Media Coordinator (Print and Digital) will provide support to the 360West team overall. This role will fulfill a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, digital media interactions, magazine distribution, customer service, scheduling and facilitating company meetings and coordinating events. This position includes keeping our promotional collateral up to date while ensuring social platforms are engaging and current. In addition this position will assist in the production and execution of print and digital advertising campaigns. The Media Coordinator will
support the planning, buying, campaign activation, and optimizations for print and digital media programs. Applicants should have experience in marketing, business, or a related field, along with prior administrative experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Greet all visitors
- Support Publisher, Sales and Marketing Director and Editor as needed
- Support sales team in events, sales and marketing initiatives
- Event coordination, preparation and day of execution
- Coordinate sales and marketing materials
- Assist in organizing social media sites
- Assist in creating social media content
- Analyze digital marketing trends
- Coordinate digital campaigns
- Demonstrate an eagerness to stay abreast of emerging digital trends and technologies
- Maintain and organize media plans documents and calendars
- Help manage campaign activation process with sales team
- Ensure that media plans are delivered in full and optimized as needed
- Prepare campaign recaps for clients
- Track and update magazine mailing list
- Perform other tasks as needed
