Private Duty Pediatrics, Chicago, IL, 60617
Continuum Pediatric Nursing Services, a leading provider of Pediatric Nursing Services, is recruiting for a Licensed Practical Nurse to care for a patient in the Chicago, IL, 60617 area.
Schedule needs:
- Monday-Friday 9am-9pm (flexible end time for 7/8) (All 5 days need to be fulfilled)
- Saturday and Sunday 4pm-8pm
Here are couple of tasks that are included in the case:
- Get p/t from bed if she is still sleeping at the start of the shift.
- Change Gtube bag, give meds, change clothes, and diaper no later than 9:30am.
- Sit in playpen with p/t a few times during the day and work on PT/OT homework.
- If working until 9pm, give bath and bed time meds.
- Make daily formula for gtube (including washing container)
- Able to be with an active toddler
Requirements:
- Valid IL Nursing license
- Successfully pass a background check
- Current American Heart Association-approved CPR Certification
