Job Summary
As a MarTech Analyst at eGain, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our digital marketing ecosystem. You will be responsible for selecting, integrating, and enhancing the technology and vendor components that comprise our digital marketing system. Your primary objective will be to effectively reach and engage our target market contacts, educate them on eGain's value proposition and proof points, and nurture relationships throughout the customer lifecycle.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Evaluate, select, and implement MarTech tools and platforms to optimize digital marketing performance.
- Manage and administer our marketing automation system (could be combination of howe-grown capability and third-party solutions like Marketo and HubSpot) to execute targeted campaigns and lead nurturing programs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Marketing, Sales, and IT) to ensure seamless integration of marketing systems and processes.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and user feedback to continuously improve marketing campaigns and customer engagement strategies.
- Conduct A/B testing and multivariate experiments to optimize conversion rates and user experience.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in MarTech, making recommendations for new technologies and tools that can enhance our marketing efforts.
- Provide training and support to marketing and sales teams on MarTech systems and processes.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience (4+ years) in a MarTech role, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Certifications in relevant MarTech platforms (e.g., Marketo Certified Expert, HubSpot Marketing Software Certification).
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) and website analytics tools.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic scripting languages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation
- The base salary range is $90,000 to $140,000. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
