We are looking for a skilled Controls Leader (Division Manager) interested in growing the Horwitz Controls offering to the marketplace. We offer a positive environment and the infrastructure to support substantial growth in the BAS market with the right leadership.
What you will experience in this position:
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance their capabilities and drive excellence in new technologies and next-gen approaches.
- Develop controls solutions for clients as part of design-build project delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Build internal partnerships to integrate emerging BAS unit processes with the established practices of the mechanical division.
- Create and refine business strategies that bridge the gap between new and mature business units, ensuring alignment across the organization.
- Work with Preconstruction team to identify emerging opportunities and technologies to partner with to grow the Horwitz Controls offering.

You have:
- A desire to be an entrepreneur in building automation and controls.
- Ability to Manage and lead a team of people to grow a business unit.
- Bachelor's or technical degree in Computer Science, BAS/Controls, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Ideally 7+ years of relevant building controls experience.
