We are seeking to hire an experienced Digital Marketing professional to join our team. This role will be based at our global headquarters in Pleasanton, California. The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and driving an expanded digital presence for ORT. Working closely with product marketing and marketing communication colleagues in ORT and our regional sales organizations, this role will define website, social media, and digital advertising strategies that drive customer interest and excitement around ORT’s fixed and mobile robotic solutions. This role will also build out digital content and tools to help customers make better informed decisions via online configurators, simulators, design files, etc. You will be an important change agent for the business, helping to raise the visibility of ORT’s robotics solutions with channel partners and end users around the world.

Responsibilities:
- Establish compelling and creative digital marketing strategies
- Deliver digital marketing campaigns across web, social media, email, and other digital channels, including mobile
- Build content suitable for use by global sales regions, coordinating direct ORT efforts with OMRON global and regional campaigns
- Leverage data analytics, market trends, competitive analysis, and best practices to optimize ORT’s digital marketing spend and improve market-facing communication
- Work internally and with 3rd-party vendors to execute on key initiatives, including advertising campaigns and website development
- Structure and build ORT’s social media presence, driving regular, value-added communication to system integrators and end users
- Build industry and influencer relationships that amplify our digital marketing campaigns
- Gauge the effectiveness of our current analytics tools and solutions, spotting growth opportunities, pinpointing improvement areas, and suggesting alternatives.
- Track our marketing initiatives, generating reports on KPIs, such as conversion funnel health, digital marketing channel efficacy, site performance, traffic trends, user behavior, lead generation and customer satisfaction rates.
- Take the lead in developing, optimizing, and maintaining digital marketing dashboards and actively communicate insights and findings to stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, industry dynamics, and the demand for specific types of products, services, and content download.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in digital marketing
- Proven experience developing and delivering digital marketing campaigns
- Prior robotics or automation experience is preferred but not required
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Marketing
- Data-driven with excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to develop and “own” a clear and compelling digital marketing strategy.
- Ability to quickly connect and communicate with stakeholders inside and outside Omron, including end users, channel partners, and the global sales organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of industry and domain best practice, including website and analytics tools
- Prior experience or clear aptitude for understanding and conveying the benefits of technical products that include discrete hardware and software components
The annual salary range for this role in California is $107,000 - $120,000 a year, however, base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. This position is also eligible for an annual performance-based bonus program. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications of this role and their individual experience.\
