The Keller Group is seeking a strategic and creative Social Media Manager in the Greater Phoenix, Arizona area. We're looking for a Social Media Manager that has an advanced understanding of social media and building strong online community engagement. This role will be responsible for managing social media analytics and data to drive campaigns, as well as creative oversight in delivering photography, videography, and content.
Social Media Manager Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for social media campaign strategy across content planning and posts, community engagement, content, creative, and data/analytics.
- Create and manage content planning to ensure publishing schedules are on track and align with other cross-channel campaigns, events, promotions, and branding.
- Oversee contests and promotions and engaging with followers to ensure timely communication and favorable customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams an in an effort to get all creative deliverables across the finish line such as videos, photography, and other assets.
- Work closely with marketing peers on paid social strategy - overseeing budgets, campaigns, performance, and reporting.
- Report on monthly metrics for all social media campaigns, providing performance recommendations as needed.
- Provide insight strategy to brand Executives
Social Media Manager Qualifications:
- 4+ years of social media experience - driving both strategy and creative efforts
- Bachelor's Degree in related field of study
- Must be proficient across all social media platforms + pulling data and analytics on campaign performance
- MUST have graphic design, photography, and video + editing skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere, SEM Rush, etc.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills
- A motivated self-starter, who has the ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and deadlines.
- A collaborative mindset with critical problem-solving skills and desire to brainstorm and share ideas/speak up in meetings, etc.
- Ability to attend necessary events outside of standard work hours.
