We are seeking a Marketing and Transaction Coordinator to join a globally recognized Real Estate group. This role is pivotal in designing and executing impactful marketing campaigns as well as facilitating transaction processes through the escrow period. We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with precision and effective communication.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with real estate agents and financial analysts to develop and implement comprehensive marketing materials and email campaigns
- Schedule and organize personal marketing and advertising monthly to ensure consistent personal marketing
- Ensure robust communication channels within the team, execute media plans and proactively work with agents to keep the media plans running
- Assist brokers with the execution of listing agreements and contracts
- Assist brokers with preparing listing presentations and buyer books
- Conduct detailed research to support key marketing initiatives.
- Provide administrative support throughout the escrow process, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2+ years of administrative experience in the real estate industry.
- MLS knowledge
- Experience with project management
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
