7am-7pm, 7pm-7am
September start
Emergency privileges available
Closed ICU
16 patients per day
ACLS, BLS, PALS required
Board Certification/Board Eligible IM/FP
Case Logs for past two years in HM
COVID Vaccine required
Active Missouri license and DEA required
