General Position Summary:
The Visual Merchandising Specialist supports the Visual Merchandising Manager by creating the seasonal Visual Merchandising Guides documents for multiple concepts. This role will work closely with their manager to assist in the planning, direction and execution of the Visual documents.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create seasonal Visual Merchandising Guide’s for multiple Concepts in InDesign
- Manage and communicate Visual timelines via the Visual Calendar
- Build strong partnership with cross functional teams to create cohesive direction and make recommendations to Merchandise Planning, Buying and Store Operations teams
- Manage flow of information and documents with Store Operations team
- Create Distribution lists for all campaign in store signage
- Create and Manage asset list for all campaign signage
- Track quotes and invoices for In store signage
- Partnership with Print vendors for logistics
Job Required Knowledge, Skills and Education:
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize
- Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines and timelines
- Must be able to help find best solutions and develop methods to improve efficiency
- Must be flexible to adapt to changing trends of business and projects
Preferred Job Knowledge, Skills and Education:
- Retail store experience preferred
- High creative aesthetics
- Intermediate level knowledge of Excel & Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
