The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing programs that generate brand awareness and leads. You will plan and execute multi-channel, high impact media buys for targeted industries, geographies, and accounts. The Marketing Manager leads and builds marketing programs consisting of multi-touch, multi-dimensional programs.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage global, integrated campaigns across a variety of channels including digital display, OOH, audio, programmatic, organic & paid social, etc.
- Oversee budget allocation across multiple deliverables and channels, ensuring efficient spending management
- Conduct detailed target audience and keyword research to inform campaign development strategies
- Propose and implement innovative campaigns to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and to improve conversion rates for clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams on marketing initiatives and content planning
- Partner with marketing analytics to track and report on engagement and funnel metrics to optimize and improve campaign strategy.
- Project manage & collaborate with internal teams & stakeholders on the development and execution of campaigns and asset production
- Coordinate with content creators and designers to develop engaging marketing materials, including web content, social media posts, email campaigns, and advertising collateral
- Maintain brand consistency in all content and messaging
- Identify and leverage the most effective marketing materials, channels, and messaging strategies.
- Explore opportunities to enhance marketing effectiveness through improved audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes
- Advise & work with marketing team on website structure & optimization
- Maintain client websites by updating content, creating new pages, and coordinating with web developers to address webpage issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
- 4+ years’ experience in B2B marketing
- Previous hands-on experience in media planning and buying.
- Hands-on experience managing performance of digital marketing campaigns in platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
- Previous experience with CRM platforms, marketing automation software, and performance tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics) is important
- A desire to continue to learn and grow is critical.
- Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels and techniques.
- Proven track record of building, launching, executing, and reporting on marketing campaigns using Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM.
- Vendor management experience and negotiating skills
- Track record of developing and managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions
- Ability to adapt ads and campaigns to suit the channel they're being used on
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
Bonus Skills
- Experience with traditional/offline advertising (i.e. billboards, print)
- Experience with ABM platforms like Terminus, 6Sense, or similar
