This Opportunity (Job Description):
We seek a seasoned Sr. Brand Manager to join our growing team, with a proven track record in marketing strategy, campaign execution, storytelling, measurement, and optimization. In this role, you will report to the CMO and partner closely with others to develop and execute marketing materials. You will be responsible for continuously advancing our brand vision through creative/branding as well as top-of-the-funnel marketing tactics.
You will serve as a key leader on the Marketing team, helping to manage marketing projects and campaigns in support of our marketing strategy, annual plan, and business growth goals.
Your Impact (Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with key stakeholders on marketing initiatives supporting reputation, awareness, donor acquisition, patient and family support services, and operations
- Project Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of Marketing and Brand Management projects, demonstrating your leadership abilities and the breadth and depth of your expertise
- Manage all aspects of projects from concept to development to final production
- Coordinate with other marketing staff to manage workload, timing, and prioritization to ensure project deadlines and production schedules are met
- Ensure materials are delivered on time, on budget, and on brand – with the utmost accuracy and quality assurance
- Support CMO in strategy development and annual planning; Own our tactical plan, project plans, and execution
- Own and manage our donor-nurturing campaigns in our marketing automation tool (HubSpot)
- Own and manage our workflow tool, keeping projects and tasks up to date
- Assist in compiling, managing, and reviewing reports and updates for internal team leaders and Board meetings
- Ensure alignment with communication objectives; ensure brand consistency across all communications
- Study key competitors and adjacent non-profits to identify opportunities for differentiation
- Participate in team status meetings, brainstorming sessions, and creative strategy meetings
What You’ll Bring (Skills and Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of applicable experience in project management and marketing/communications
- A proven track record in campaign execution, and experience leading rigorous marketing strategy, development, execution, and measurement
- A creative mindset and a passion for brand growth and innovation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and Canva
- Reporting skills through Looker Studio, GA4, Excel, or other software
- Experience with HubSpot, or other marketing automation solutions, road mapping, and execution management
- Excellent communication, collaboration, presentation, problem-solving, and project-management skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaborate with a team with an understanding of when to escalate issues
- Familiarity with performance marketing; able to utilize data to check for progress against goal delivery and identify opportunities for optimization
- Comfort in a fast-paced environment; ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects with tight deadlines
- An understanding of the print production process, timing, prep, etc.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Key leadership traits, including empathy, integrity, accountability, resilience, vision, creativity, and positivity
- Ability to effectively understand and meet stakeholder expectations and needs
- Agency, copywriting, and WordPress experience is a plus
- Experience in the non-profit industry is a plus
Salary Range:
The salary range for this position is $80,000-90,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
