Summary/Objective:
We are looking to expand our marketing department by hiring a full-time marketing professional. The position will collaborate with and be mentored by our experienced marketing manager in developing new market strategies, opening new market opportunities for our many product lines, expanding sales to existing markets, building social media campaigns, advertising campaigns, preparing promotional materials, and assisting with customer service duties. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings, and demographic data.
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and traditional media.
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts to ensure consistent branding and engagement.
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to evaluate the success of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing manager and leadership to align marketing strategies with business and sales goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company’s marketing efforts are current and effective.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing required.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a marketing role.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, SEO, and social media.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.
- Ability to take initiative while working independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with content creation and copywriting.
- Knowledge of web design and development.
- Experience in planning, organizing and working key trade conventions.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
Salary:
- We offer a competitive base salary of $50,000 to $55,000, commensurate with experience.
- In addition to the base salary, we offer the potential for up to $5,000 to $10,000 annual bonus based on individual and company achievements.
