Position Summary
We’re looking for a skilled Sr. Manager, Demand Generation with experience planning, executing, and measuring the performance of marketing campaigns. You will play an integral role in developing the marketing team’s channel strategy, campaign roadmap, and creative optimization. The ideal candidate will be able to think strategically and execute hands-on to help drive awareness, launch ABM campaigns, optimize our sales and marketing funnel, and drive qualified pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute a demand generation strategy aligned with company goals, supporting both short-term and long-term qualified pipeline objectives.
- Work closely with sales teams to understand their objectives and challenges and align strategies, campaigns, and sequences with sales goals to support lead generation and drive qualified pipeline.
- Develop and implement multi-channel campaigns using digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. This includes writing creative briefs for campaign asset development, A/B testing, website SEO and conversion optimization, and helping with paid media campaigns.
- Work with our Content Marketing Manager, as well as internal and external stakeholders to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience (higher education administrators and faculty) and drives demand.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate demand and capture demand.
About You
- Experience in demand generation roles, ideally in a high-growth company that includes both B2B and B2C marketing.
- A proven track record of successfully developing and executing demand generation strategies that drive qualified pipeline growth
- A deep understanding of ABM strategies and tactics
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, account-based marketing tools (6sense, Demandbase, etc.), and GA4 is a plus
- A background in SaaS, B2B, or the higher education industry is a bonus.
