Title: Paid Media Director
Location: Greater Phoenix, Arizona Area

A Paid Media Director opportunity is now available via The Keller Group. This position will be based out of the Greater Phoenix, Arizona area and required to work an in-office schedule.
The Paid Media Director will be responsible for media team oversight, media operations, strategy and in-platform oversight of digital media campaigns. We're looking for a passionate team leader with paid media expertise, capable of maximizing omni-channel campaigns and driving performance. Paid Media Director Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor an existing paid media team of subject matter experts, fostering skills, supporting strategy and overseeing performance of campaigns.
- Develop omni-channel paid media strategies that maximize ROI and drive performance across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, Bing, etc.
- Manage multi-media campaigns across platforms for clients including but not limited to planning, buying, negotiating digital and paid social media campaigns (display, video, mobile, native, PPC, etc.
- Consult with clients and provide strategic partnership in terms of media goals, campaign planning, recommendations, performance, etc. Lead media plans and proposals for new business. Provide support in client presentations to ensure understanding of paid media strategy, channels, expectations for growth, and reporting on numbers and telling story behind data and campaign performance.
- Research and analyze media options and campaign performance to identify new trends or adjust campaigns to increase performance and deliver better results.
- Provide custom reports and present to department leaders and executives on campaign results.
Paid Media Director Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in Advertising, Marketing, or related field of study
- 2+ years of media team leadership
- 5-10 years of professional experience leading strategy as well as the tactical execution of paid media programs
- Experience managing paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, Bing, Tik Tok, etc.
- Management of programmatic media campaigns in one or more DSPs (The Trade Desk, Basis, etc.) and making recommendations, optimizations, pacing management, and reporting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel – Pivot Tables, Lookups, etc.)
- Strategy and set-up of pixel implementation and conversion tracking across tag management and media platforms
