About the Role:
- Full-time, Onsite primary care clinic position
- Location: 14600 Sherman Way, Van Nuys, California, 91405
- Schedule: Monday – Friday / 8am – 5pm (no call, no weekends)
- 50% patient care, acute care and annual physicals
- 50% task management/in basket support
- Comfortable seeing patients primarily 55+ and older
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree from a four-year college and/or a professional certification beyond a four-year college
- Certificate of completion from an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program
- Current AANP or ANCC certification or NCCPA
- Active and Unrestricted CA NP or PA license for California or ability to obtain
- Current CA DEA certificate required prior to start date

For California Residents Only: The salary range for California residents is $135,000-$176,000 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
