The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing strategic marketing initiatives that elevate our brand presence, drive customer engagement, and contribute to our business growth. This role will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to generate new ideas and implement various marketing strategies.
Role and Responsibilities
• Execute existing marketing strategies including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop marketing materials that are creative and impactful
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences, using insights to refine marketing strategies • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts
• Attend promotional events, trade shows, and execute community engagement initiatives to enhance brand visibility and build strong relationships
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with industry influencers and partners to expand brand reach and secure valuable partnerships
• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting
• Create goals and objectives to approach customers through appropriate marketing Channels
Qualifications/Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field, is preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing roles, preferably within the landscape or related industries
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid computer skills, including MS Office, Excel, and marketing software/ applications
• Time management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Team player with exceptional project management and collaboration skills
