We are working on behalf of a leader in GaAs and Gan MMICs and PAs for Defense, Wireless Infrastructure, Auto and Test & Measurement applications. They are looking for a Principal MMIC Designer; who will focus on mostly GaAs and GaN PA, LNA, and control circuits, with frequencies up to 110GHz.
We need a BSEE or MSEE, with 5-15+ years of experience designing MMICs, ideally at 10GHz and up.
This position may be remotely -based in any USA Location.
