Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Practical Nurse at The Courtyard at Tiffin in Tiffin, OH. The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for providing patient care, performing nursing procedures, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care delivery.
Qualifications
- Active LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients
- Attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Experience in long-term care or clinical setting is a plus
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
