RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand Strategy and Insights:
- Contribute to portfolios' yearly brand and marketing strategies ad brand health checks
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights.
Marketing Execution:
- Lead in-store point-of-sale (POS) planning, marketing communication, and execution.
- Collaborate with the marketing enterprise team to optimize best-in-class marketing executions and communications.
- Lead creation of digital shelf content in collaboration with agencies.
Consumer-Centric Approach:
- Define target consumers and identify key insights.
- Develop effective marketing tactics that build brand equity.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Lead cross-functional teams, bridging non-technical and technical resources during the development and implementation of online brand content strategies.
