Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an ICU RN at Sutter Health in Crescent City, CA. The ICU RN will be responsible for providing direct patient care in the intensive care unit, monitoring patients' conditions, administering treatments and medications, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring patient safety and comfort.
Qualifications
- Communication and Customer Service skills
- Training experience in healthcare settings
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Current RN license in the state of California
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
- Experience in ICU or critical care nursing is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
