A large wealth management company is looking to hire a content manager/developer to join their team! In this role you will be working with internal partners who submit requests to build assets for email campaigns (strictly using marketing cloud). This role also collaborates with cross-functional teams (UX, Product Management, Stakeholders) to solve strategic challenges within the organization. Experience with HTML and CSS is a MUST and you must be able to set up processes to create consistency and ensure quality across a large volume of work that is executed over time. This is an 18 month contract to hire role and is mostly onsite with potential to work remote 1-2 days per week but shouldn't be expected.
Must haves
- 5+ years of experience with HTML and CSS
- 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (email and cloud page creation), or other email platforms
- 2+ years of experience with AMPscript, or other scripting languages
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams – UX, Product Management, and other Stakeholders – to solve strategic challenges
- Ability to quickly respond to changing requirements and priorities.
- Resolving problems and partnering with peers, technical teams and stakeholders to provide solutions and timely resolution
- Being a self-starter that maintains curiosity, a can-do attitude and has the ability to learn quickly and thrive in a complex, dynamic environment
- Excellent attention to detail, strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Plusses
- Knowledge and understanding of Journey Builder & Automation Studio components are a plus
- Experience with Server-side JavaScript, Drupal, or AutoHotKey/C++ a plus
- Understanding of how financial services work
