Hello and welcome to Stronger Oregon's new way to render in-person/telehealth outpatient mental health services in Eastern Oregon. How is it different?
You can work 30 hours a week and be full-time with benefits.
You can work the 30 hours however you see fit, within a week, with only client's preferences for sessions being the constraint. Many people choose to work three 10 hour shifts 8-6pm. Imagine, 4 days off in a row permanently for the rest of your career.
Of the 30 hours, you only need to SCHEDULE 24 hours of service. This means no productivity penalties for cancellations and working you to the bone all 40 hours.
The 24 hours, of 30 worked, can be multiple hours of service for one client and their systems. Imagine being able to do the individual, family and family therapy without-client weekly. Case management and consultation as needed. No more restricted/constrained treatment that impacts quality and care.
How about fair pay? Oregon Board licensed clinicians can make between $60,000-$180,000 annually based on their preferred compensation structure and hours of direct services. $60,000 a year is bare minimum part-time work. You get to choose and calibrate. The position can be for $180,000 to start (independent contracting) which is detailed below.
Free MBSR, TFCBT and EMDR basic training for being Full-Time.
Our community needs you. Stronger Oregon is hiring for multiple licensed therapists/counselors to serve children and/or adults with mental health services calibrated by _your_ clinical determination. Provide mental health services the right way by having the freedom to see a client another time within the week, if needed, or do family therapy. Productivity pressure is significantly reduced and you have the freedom to breathe, cope and have a personal life.
There are Three (Two are FTE) Options for an LPC, MFT or LCSW therapist (ask about part-time):
Option 1: Full Time Employment at 30 hours a week with a commission compensation setup of 60% from every insurance reimbursable service (For example: One of our insurance contracts reimburses $207 for a 60 minute Psychotherapy Session which would equal a $124.20 commission for you). We ask that the clinician schedule a minimum of 24 direct service hours a week. This leads to an annual wage of approximately $100k but that is if you just render 21 direct service hours each week of the year and is conservative. If you render an average of 28 direct service hours each week of the year you can make approximately $145k a year. If you render an average of 32 direct service hours each week of the year you can make approximately $175k a year. Again, all of these are conservative estimations.
Option 2: FTE - 30 hours a week at $50 an hour with $60 bonuses per direct service beyond 21 in a week. We ask that the clinician schedule a minimum of 24 direct service hours a week. This leads to an annual wage of approximately $78,000 but that is if you just render 21 services. If you render an average of 28 direct service hours a week, you can make approximately $100k a year. This allows you to not worry about no shows, commissions calculations and has been the most chosen option of our new hires. In addition to health/dental/vision benefits, there is 80 hours of PTO, 40 hours of sick leave and 10 paid holidays a year (80 hours) which is all paid at $50 an hour.
You are welcome to work 40 hours a week, as is typical of most jobs, but we believe giving you more time for your personal life allows you to be the best version of your professional self. We believe it directly correlates to better services for clients and better self-care for you. The positive is, you choose . Lets talk about what is the best work/life balance for you.
This is a unique opportunity that allows you to make your own schedule, earn a substantial income and not worry about marketing/billing/overhead costs.
