Oncall is a 1:7 rotation Monday 8 am -Monday 8 am Base $220,000 Incentive $20/encounter over 5500 encounters/year NP supervision $8000/yr Retention bonus of $15,000 paid over 3 years Claims made malpractice w/tail conditions Medical/Dental/Vison after 3 months.
