Job Objective:
- This position is responsible for planning, organizing and directing the essential patient care functions of the Clinic(s) in collaboration with the Chief Administrative Officer. Position will oversee three or more clinics at various sites
Qualifications:
Education
- Required: BSN or MSN, if hired after July 1, 2016; Enrolled in an RN-BSN or RN-MSN program within one (1) year of hire and completion within five (5) years of hire, if hired before July 1, 2016
Licensure/Certification
- Required: CA RN license, American Heart Association BLS
Experience
- Required: 3+ years RN experience which includes acute care settings
- Preferred: 3+ years of management experience; Management or Supervisory experience in Ambulatory Care Clinic or applicable clinic setting

*$15k sign-on bonus offered for full-time RN positions in specialty areas (ICU/OR/ED, L&D/NICU) and $10k sign-on bonus offered for full-time RN positions in all other areas. Part-time RN positions will receive a prorated sign-on bonus. First installment of the bonus pays out with the first paycheck, and then the remaining installment pays out at one year of service.
