Pediatric Physical Therapist - PRN

CORA provides a full range of pediatric services for clients with gait abnormalities, balance disorders, gross motor delays, and genetic, neurological, neuromuscular, and orthopedic conditions.
As a PRN Pediatric Physical Therapist, you will provide direct patient care in a variety of treatment settings, which may include outpatient clinics, schools, and Early Intervention. You will perform initial evaluations, establish goals and develop appropriate treatment plans, and progress patients through the plan of care.

What You ll Need:
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Current physical therapist state license (upcoming application is also acceptable)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent work ethic in both independent and collaborative settings
- Ability to travel to and work in multiple treatment settings outpatient pediatrics, schools, Early Intervention
- Entry-level understanding of treatment models utilized in school and Early Intervention settings
- School experience preferred, but not required
What You ll Do:
- Perform comprehensive, caring evaluations on new patients, establish achievable goals and develop actionable treatment plans
- Provide ongoing physical therapy services that effectively and efficiently comply with treatment plans, IEPs, and IFSPs as applicable
- Document all evaluations, treatments and other pertinent patient interactions in accordance with company policy and local and state agencies as applicable
- Skillfully and safely progress patients through the levels of treatment within the capabilities of the patient
- Engage with the patient, the family, and the patient care team for a more impactful, effective, sustainable treatment experience
- Educate and empower the patient, family, and caregivers
- Actively pursue professional growth through affiliation with professional associations, workshop attendance and conferences
