Sr. Manager of Brand, Digital and Events Strategy
Overview of Job Duties:
Spineology Inc. ("Spineology" or the "Company"), the leader in ultra-minimally invasive spine surgery, is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Sr. Manager of Brand, Digital and Events Strategy to join the growing marketing organization. Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Marketing, this person will partner with the Product Marketing organization to develop and grow our downstream marketing initiatives. This person will manage and develop our internal creative agency comprised of 2 FTEs (Visual Design and Media Project Manager, and Multimedia Specialist) to develop compelling internal and external campaigns, content, and programs to drive and develop our messaging and brand awareness. A strong digital background is desired as we grow activity in the space. This person will have strategic vision to lead our organizational, brand and digital transformation efforts. The position is based in St. Paul, MN at the Spineology corporate headquarters.
Responsibilities Include:
· Own brand strategy from strategic development, messaging, composition, implementation across mediums (web, print, media, video, etc.), with governance of brand/product positioning and identity.
· Lead creative direction on all promotional activity, ensuring brand essence, identity, UVP, story is consistent.
· Develop and execute content and digital marketing and top of the funnel strategies driving growth in website traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
· Strategic planning- develop and implement marketing plans aligned with organizational goals, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
· Develop comprehensive brand strategies and integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences, resulting in increased brand equity.
· Customer journey development and implementation of programs through different mediums.
· Collateral and content development managing approved messaging, FDA clearance and compliance regulations.
· Lead advertising and promotional efforts around key milestones.
· Create and utilize analytics tools to track and report on campaign performances, continuously optimizing strategies to improve key metrics and achieve business objectives.
· Create competitive differentiation through programs and brand identity.
· Lead for event strategy and Trade Show planning: Oversee end-to end tradeshow planning, from booth design and collateral creation to pre-and post-show marketing efforts, resulting in increased lead generation and brand exposure.
· Create and execute internal sales educational and promotional campaigns development and execution.
· Development of internal communication programs and initiatives
· Customer testimonials and story development and amplification
· Project Management- strong organizational and project management skills, with proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timeline and high-quality deliverables.
· Adept at cross functional partnership
· Vendor management, guidance through partnership engagement, contract execution and content delivery
· Hubspot experience and CRM development
· Strong presentation and customer engagement skills
· Team leadership and development, Strategic as well as player coach
Experience:
· Four-year college degree
· At least 5 years of experience in an agency or in-house role working on integrated, cross-channel campaigns with a strong, diverse portfolio.
· Knowledge of or experience working on brand development within the medical device industry.

· Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and expertise in various media delivery models is a plus.
