Work Dates Needed: ASAP - on going at least 3 months Preferred Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm Worksite Setting: 100% outpatient - could go to multiple locations: Scope of Work: 3 to 5 patients a day as the MD will collaborate with other professions for the care of 55+ and older. This is a primary care position & training is provided on all aspects of the PACE model of care which provides all-inclusive coordinated care. Center includes all medical, dental, rehabilitation, home car, eye care, senior gym on site. Provider will work with other providers & therapist for the care of senior health. Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: CA license, DEA, BLS, Board Certified IM or FP - might consider BE if physician has clean record. EMR: E-Clinical Works
