Summary
Briogeo is looking for a Trade Marketing Coordinator to help facilitate Brand and Trade marketing efforts with our creative, sales, and retail partners. This role will help support the brand’s key strategic pillars with comprehensive action plans and ensure successful execution across stakeholders.
Our ideal candidate will have the ability to be agile, navigating various projects that change in real-time, with a proven ability to execute flawlessly. Attention to detail and the ability to both see the big picture and execute day-to-day activations is a must.
Role + Responsibilities
- Partner to support Trade Marketing Senior Manager in developing go-to-market (GTM) timelines through the creation and management of a deliverable tracker.
- Compiling all available designed launch assets delivered from Creative into Dropbox, own ELT alignment, and deploy updates to cross-functional partners as relevant.
- Assist Trade Marketing Manager in the execution of ratings and reviews strategy that supports retailer.com and brand.com, including maintaining performance tracker and recapping cross-functional teams.
- Own Wrike briefing for all digital and print materials needed to support trade marketing.
- Contribute to the sampling strategy initiatives to drive new client acquisition and support retailer needs.
- Own + manage the development of both digital and printed materials, collateral/merch, floral arrangements, and product coordination for all retailer + brand events: in-store, brand fairs, press events, trade shows, and seasonal retailer market meetings.
- Brief creative needs into Wrike and compile deliverables to third-party production vendors, ensuring visibility to key budget owners and stakeholders as needed for production pre-approvals.
- Manage/create budget for market meetings, ensuring approval on all items to be ordered.
- Own run-of-show coordination + support with on-site setup as needed, publishing clear run-of-show documentation and supporting tracked project information for onsite materials.
- Own day-to-day product and sample request shipping that supports Brand + Trade Marketing initiatives including corporate sampling initiatives, and retailer programs or mailers to key business partners as needed.
- Support key stakeholders on seasonal merch orders or programs, ensuring cross-functional buy-in and organized allocation by stakeholders is current and aligned.
- Assist in facilitating mailers + marketing sends as needed to support the Influencer + social media team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of relevant beauty marketing experience required – Sephora or ULTA experience preferred.
- Experience managing a project budget and/or department budget.
- Demonstration of strong project management skills
- Excellent planning, communication, and presentation skills
- Extremely collaborative with the ability to coordinate seamlessly with cross-functional partners.
- Detail oriented with the ability to take initiative, prioritize, multitask, and work independently.

We disclose the compensation range for positions in compliance with local law. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Briogeo / Wella Company's total rewards package for employees. Pay Range: $65,000 - $70,000 salary per year. Other rewards may include an annual bonus plan or variable pay, depending on the role.
