Position Overview & Responsibilities
We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Specialist or consultant with a strong background in HubSpot’s email marketing capabilities. This role involves leading complex email marketing campaigns from conception to execution, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing engagement.
- Develop, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns using HubSpot
- Build and customize email templates to align with brand guidelines.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance and engagement
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to assess campaign performance
- Generate comprehensive reports on email marketing metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
- Provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns
- Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling email content
- Develop strategies for list segmentation and personalization to enhance targeting
- Stay updated with email marketing best practices and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Proven experience using HubSpot's email marketing capabilities
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions
- Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Preferred Experience
- Experience in digital marketing agencies or related industries
- Familiarity with other digital marketing tools and platforms
