Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Therapist to join our mobile team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic services to outpatients, focusing on a range of specialties including nuerological conditions, sports med rehab, trigger point therapy, pain modalities and dry needling, and orthopedics.
Duties:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Administer therapeutic interventions based on patient needs and goals
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Provide education to patients and their families on treatment strategies and self-care techniques
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid state licensure as an Outpatient Therapist
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology
- Experience in outpatient clinic, acute care, SNF settings preferred
- Proficiency in nuerological, cardiopulmonary, and orthopedic assessments and treatments
- Excellent patient care skills and ability to build rapport with patients and families as needed
