Level 1 Trauma Center Specialty: CRNA Reason for need: 10 CRNA's needed- opening up new surg centers and need coverage at hospital Dates/Schedule: ASAP START NEEDED Preference is FT 3 shifts per week- shift times=10 s,12 s, 13 s or 14 s. They have been flexible with days and a mixture of these shift times, but they will take a minimum of 2 shifts per week if they are a solid candidate. Case Mix: Plastics, Ortho, Ortho /Trauma, ENT, Maxofacial, Vascular, OB, Colorectal/GI, Bariatric, General, Urology, GI (colonoscopy/EGD), Spine, Electrophysiology Lab EMR System: Epic Active License: Needs to start application immediately if does not have NJ license, they prefer candidates with active NJ license. NJ Licensing is taking 3-4 months give or take some time and is dependent if provider has multi state license, then they have to submit for CSR/DEA and that can take 3-4 weeks to be issued(plus mailing time) Credentialing Time Frame: 1-2 months (could be less) $250,000-$275,000
