Job Title: LPN Post-Acute LTC
Location: Lewiston, ME & Bangor, ME
Weekly Pay: $2098
Number of Weeks: 13
Shift Information: Days (6 am-6 pm) and Nights (6 pm-6 am)
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect care to residents in specialized units including Alzheimer's/dementia care and transitional rehabilitation.
- Administer IV therapy, and wound care, and assist with geriatric assessments.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment.
Requirements:
- Associate in Nursing or LPN certification from Maine State Board.
- Active State of Maine or compact LPN license.
- 1-3 years of previous LPN experience preferred.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work 6a-6p shifts, 7 days a week as needed.
