Since our founding in Oregon City, Oregon in the 1930's as a solo physician's office, we have grown to include 6 providers, over 16 support staff and an on-site lab. The mission of the practice is to provide high quality medical services to our patients. Duties:
- All duties associated with managing a primary care panel of patients.

Qualifications:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license or Physician Assistant license in the state of Oregon
- Master's degree
- DEA Certification
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practice guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team
