Position Overview: As a Registered Nurse (RN) at NurseCore, you'll play a pivotal role in providing direct and indirect nursing care to patients across a range of medical needs, from medically complex conditions to general medical-surgical and rehabilitation care. You'll lead patient care during your shift, demonstrate clinical expertise in the nursing process, and maintain compliance with regulatory standards and hospital policies.
Responsibilities:
- Provide overall direction and supervision of patient care
- Implement the nursing process effectively
- Supervise and delegate patient care tasks to LVN/LPNs or CNAs
- Foster teamwork with physicians and other departments
- Consider patient age in all tasks performed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing
- Current RN license in good standing in the state of employment
- Current CPR/BLS certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- ACLS certification required for ICU nurses (must be maintained throughout employment)
