Job Description:
The Role Stock Plan Services Technology designs, develops, implements, and supports stock plan products and features.
Stock Plan Services is an equity compensation services division of Fidelity Investments.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual with a proven track record of collaborating with business partners,
understanding business requirements, translating business requirements into system requirements, and making recommendations
regarding system functionality. This individual will work closely with squad leads, business analysts, architects, technology leads,
and agile teams to ensure successful delivery of program milestones and adherence of the deliverables to the product roadmaps.

Qualifications: - A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years systems analysis experience; related work in software solutions definition/ development is required.
- Experience working in an agile delivery model.
- Investment/financial services experience is highly desired
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

Fidelity's working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs.
